Experience-based tourism and tourism product development in the Budapest region

MABEUSZ Vice President Lilla Lassú (Inspiration Travel) represented MABEUSZ at the second panel discussion of the workshop “Visit Hungary – Experience-based tourism and tourism product development in the Budapest region”.
She highlighted: “Anyone who comes to Budapest will be amazed by what they find here – but first, we need to show it to the world. A DMC is in a unique position to reach out to international partners – and through them, future guests – with the promise of an experience.”

The Vice President of MABEUSZ also noted: “A DMC , based on current trends, anticipates where those trends are heading and provides modern, forward-looking, high-quality, and original offers to international partners up to 1–2 years in advance. Because of this, DMCs expect service providers to offer well-planned, clearly priced core services that can be confirmed at least 6 months – preferably 1 year – in advance, so these can be built into the comprehensive ‘Promise of an Experience’ offer presented to international partners.”
