We are an independent and neutral organization whose main mission is to provide the best and most professional destination management services to foreign buyers by enforcing the strictest criteria when allowing member companies to join and to shape our trade’s future in cooperation with both government and other travel trade organizations

AHDMC – the association of Hungary’s leading destination management companies – was established in 2010. The organization’s main goal is to represent those travel companies who provide the highest service standards, integrity, strong financial background, professionalism and unquestionable business ethics – thus supporting international corporate and association buyers with a quality guarantee when selecting a partner for their leisure, incentive or meeting programs.

Unlike the Association of Hungarian Travel Agencies who represent all travel companies active in organizing travel services to and from Hungary, AHDMC is a collection of choice destination management companies who

  • exclusively deal in selling Hungarian travel products to foreign buyers and have no outgoing business
  • offer the FULL spectrum of services available, from the simplest airport transfer to the most complex and creative incentive program or event/conference organization
  • operate foreign language websites
  • have the required insurance
  • are financially stable and have had an annual turnover in the excess of at least 750,000 EUR for three consecutive years and have a minimum of 3 employees.
  • have got International representation either in de facto or via attending the different trade shows worldwide
