Special professional contribution:
Winehub joined us as an invited speaker. We are grateful for the insightful and inspiring presentation showcasing Winehub’s innovative, culinary experience–based services.
During the assembly, we discussed strategic, market-related and current industry topics essential to Hungary’s inbound tourism sector.
Key points included:
• expected impacts of new regulations related to transportation systems;
• an update on the airport implementation of the EES system and its implications for travel agencies;
• the practical application of administrative changes affecting tour operators;
• an overview of next year’s trade fairs;
• challenges and opportunities in provider and partner collaborations – including Danube tourism, event tourism and the leisure segment.
Further topics included uncertainties around Budapest’s infrastructure developments and updates on local licensing procedures relevant to the industry.
The forum once again demonstrated that dialogue, knowledge-sharing and joint strategic thinking among industry stakeholders are essential to building a competitive, sustainable and predictable inbound tourism environment.
We thank all participants for their constructive contributions.
We continue to work together for the success of Hungary’s inbound tourism and the high-quality service of our international guests.
